MAZDA CAMPAIGN - PUBLIC AWARENESS
"Having our voices heard, standing up for our rights!"
Welcome to our Mazda Campaign....
This campaign has been started and is supported by just a few Mazda customers. Over time we have learnt how evasive Mazda Motors UK seem to be and how their Customer Service is far from adequate.
You will read examples of customers who found themselves in dangerous, even potentially life threatening situations when driving their Mazda 3's, 5s and 6s. You will also read of Mazda owners facing expensive repairs which they feel should have been covered under warranty.
Please visit our forum to find out the extreme extent of the customers issues and problems.
The Campaign.........
We would like everyone who owns a Mazda 6 Diesel or Mazda 5 to join us in the campaign to have our voices heard. Mazda Motors UK promise their customers top quality customer service.
This campaign will show you that a large number of their customers have experienced the opposite to that which MMUK promise when it comes to calling on MMUK Customer Service. In some cases this has left Mazda drivers thousands of pounds out of pocket.
Please find out more on our forum where we have the views of real Mazda customers who are frustrated and angry that Mazda Motors UK do not seem to listen to them and are seemingly treating customers with indifference and what feels like distain.

Own a Mazda? Thinking about purchasing one? A few things you should read:
1. Has your car ever accelerated away on its own without warning?
2. Have you experienced unusual tyre wear?
3. Have you ever had warning lights appear which the dealer is not always able to explain or fix?
4. Has your car lost power putting you in dangerous situations?
5. Have you had failures that you feel should be covered under warranty but Mazda UK disagree and you have been left with the costs?
6. Are you fully aware of the driving limitations of owning a Mazda with a Diesel Particulate Filter? Are you aware how this works and how it affects the quality of your engine oil?
7. Has the level of customer service from Mazda UK or it's agents been less than adequate?
We are aware of many drivers who have experienced the above. Members of this forum believe it is time for people who have had, or are currently facing, these problems to join together to confront Mazda Motors UK & Associates as a group and not to feel alone and ignored.
Please note that up to the formation of this forum, many of us contacted Mazda Motors UK, BBC Watchdog, VOSA, National and Motoring Press and TV and other relevant agencies. All have declined to help or do not reply, probably on the grounds that a few individual cases do not make a story. This forum is here to gather the weight of evidence to show that these motoring bodies should now, at last, be listening and taking action.
What do we want to achieve?
The main aim of this campaign is to get the voices of aggrieved Mazda Customers heard. Our research led us to start this campaign up, based on the amount of posts we have read over the past 6 months on many other forums. As helpful as those forums are, they still leave it to the individual complainant to act on their own. This forum is about collecting all those individual activities together and taking the combined actions to Mazda Motors UK, as one coherent pressure group, as one voice.
In our view, Mazda Motors UK and associates need to, without question, rectify any problems, issues or complaints their customers have, make the warnings about owning and driving a Mazda Diesel clearer in their terms and conditions, and to give every individual Mazda customer with a problem, a fair and equal solution. Many customers have spent large sums of money on repairs to their Mazda cars that they believe should be covered under Mazda's warranty. Our aim is to put that right.
Join us?
We ask that if you have experienced any of the problems highlighted on this page or any others you think should be added, please join us in this campaign by registering on our forum and/or emailing us so we can keep a database of individual problems. With a list of the combined types and numbers of problems that unhappy Mazda customers experienced, it will enable us to gain a strong body of evidence to provide to Mazda Motors UK or the media and other relevant bodies, as a case file. We expect this file to grow to represent hundreds if not thousands of cases which in our view either were unfairly resolved or are still in dispute, together with statistics of how poorly Mazda Motors UK are treating these customers.
This action group formed for one simple reason: public awareness of Mazda 5 and 6 issues (others in the Mazda range also included). Our aim is to ensure all potential and existing Mazda customers are fully aware of significant factors that Mazda Motors UK or their franchised dealers may not have made clear to you at the time of buying a Mazda. We believe it is important for people reading through the information on this site to take everything on board as some experiences noted by Mazda owners apparently are potentially life threatening and we believe something needs to be done about this. We are therefore doing what we can to make things right.
